Garden Play Twin Quilt

So this is the tale of a quilt that brought two loves together... well sort of.  I fell in love with this Garden Play fabric and scoured the internet for more fabric from the same line.  The other love was this pattern I found while looking through a quilting magazine.  Once I got my fabric in the mail I got started.  I wish I would have ordered more fabric so I could have made the quilt 3 blocks by 4 blocks but maybe next time.  I ended up changing the original pattern sizing because it was for a wall hanging and I wanted to make a twin size.  My quilt ended up being - 60" x 80"  a small twin.
For top stitching I used Mars 50158 Glide thread.  I thought it would pick up the orange in the quilt nicely.  I did a large flower swirl pattern and I'm really happy with it.
I have to say I am getting quite good at machine binding, not to toot my own horn ;) I have done so many quilts this summer, not sure why I'm such a psycho, well actually I do know it seems to be an avoidance tactic because I have so much work to do around the house.  Anyways here it is...
